  • Q: Where is the school located?
  • A: The school is located in Gzira, Taliana Lane 12
  • Q:  How can I get from the residences to school?
  • A: It is a 10 minute walk to school from Campus and a 15 minute walk from Hibernia.
  • Q: How can I get from the airport to Campus Residence?
  • A: The bus number is X2 and the stop is the skate park.
  • Q: How can I get from the airport to Hibernia?
  • A: The bus number is X2 and they stop on the Sliema seafront next to Balluta church.  In both cases we can provide transport at a charge.
  • Q: Till what time is the reception in residences open? (Campus and Hibernia)
  • A: Campus has someone on site 24/7 offering assistance to guests checking in as well as offering a safer environment. Reception at Hibernia is open between 07:00 – 15:00 and our on-site custodian is available for assistance along with 24/7  emergency number support.
  • Q: Where is the closest shop?
  • A:  Both residences have small mini markets in very close proximity for one’s daily needs.  Larger supermarkets can be reached by bus.
  • Q: Is there a hairdryer, linen, shampoo, soap and towels in the room?
  • A: We provide clean linen and soap in both residences.  When it comes to Hibernia dorms we do not provide towels.
  • Q: Is there internet available in the rooms?
  • A: Internet is available in all rooms at Hibernia at a charge whereas at Campus Wireless internet is free and connectivity is available throughout the common areas and rooms.
  • Q: Is there a beach close to the residences?
  • A: Hibernia has the Sliema promenade as its main beach and this is also accessible for guests at Campus.  The closest sandy beach is in St George’s bay and is a 10 minute bus ride away.
  • Q:  Can I use the internet at school? Is there Wi-Fi? How much does it cost?
  • A:  All the classrooms, common areas and garden have Wi-Fi access.  You can use Internet at any time while you’re at school and it’s FREE!
  • Q:  Are there any computers that I can use at the school?
  • A:  Yes; just ask us for the password and start surfing – it’s FREE!
  • Q:  Can I book extra lessons when I’m at your school?
  • A:  Of course you can. Speak to us and ask for our 2014 Special Offers both for group lessons and one-to-one lessons!
  • Q:  How can I get to Valletta/ Mdina etc.?
  • A:  Just ask us and we’ll give you a bus schedule and tell you the best way to get there.
  • Q:  Can I get a snack and a cup of coffee at the school?
  • A:  Yes, we have hot/cold drinks and food dispensing machines at the school.
  • Q: I studied a lot of grammar at home so I want something different from my lessons. I need practice. Can you help me?
  • A: Don’t worry.  Our lessons are dynamic and communicative with lots of opportunities to speak with your teacher and classmates.  You’ll be in an international class so you HAVE to speak English at all times, and you’ll certainly learn from both your teacher and classmates.  Besides, join our evening and weekend activities for more English language exposure and practice too!
  • Q:  I want to come to your school for 8 weeks.  Can I sit for an international examination?
  • A:  Yes.  Book an Exam Preparation course.  You’ll have 30 lessons per week made up of 20 General English lessons and 10 Exam Preparation lessons.  We can prepare you for the IELTS exam offered in Malta every month, or for one of the Cambridge exams in March, June and December.  By the way, our school is an accredited Cambridge Exam Centre, so if you choose a Cambridge exam you’ll be sitting these exams here at school!
  • Q: How can I book?
  • A:  You can either book online through our booking engine or send us your booking request through our Request for Information  form.
  • Q: What about the payment?
  • A: If you book through our booking engine you will pay directly by credit card. If you book via Email you will have to pay 10 days prior to arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Q: What credit cards are you accepting?
  • A: We accept VISA,  MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • Q: What is your NSTS cancellation policy?
  • A: A cancellation fee of EURO two hundred and fifty (€250) per person for cancellation notified within the last ten (10) days prior the arrival or course commencement date or in cases of no-show;  No refunds are permitted for failure to utilise part or all of the services booked.
